The Medicare Savings Programs (MSP), also known as QMB (Qualified Medicare Beneficiary), SLMB (Specified Low income Medicare Beneficiary) and ALMB (Additional Low income MedicareBeneficiary), help pay for your Medicare premiums. QMB will also pay for your Medicare coinsurance and deductibles.
